The Audi Q5 Sportback TFSI e combines the best of both worlds: in all-electric mode it produces very little noise and zero local emissions. And in combination with the TFSI combustion engine, the characteristic Audi dynamics can also be enjoyed. Thanks to recuperation during the journey, the system can recover electrical energy.

There are various charging options for the Audi Q5 Sportback TFSI e, both at home and on the road.
Seeing a red light never felt so rewarding
Because the digital OLED rear lights¹³ in the Audi Q5 Sportback TFSI e are arranged into individually controllable segments with a three-dimensional layout, a range of new lighting scenarios can be generated through impressive sequencing. You can choose one of three tail light signature designs¹³ as a highlight to personalise your Q5 Sportback TFSI e. In addition, depending on driving mode, the character of the tail light signature is adapted automatically when in use. The digital OLEDs are also equipped with proximity detection⁸: when the vehicle is stationary and another vehicle or road user approaching from behind comes within 2 metres, all OLED segments are automatically activated to create a larger visible area.
More room to amaze
The battery for the electric motor is integrated below the flat loading area in such a way as to provide up to 1,365 litres of luggage capacity. An especially practical feature is the flexible rear seat bench plus, which can be angled or moved forwards and backwards as required. The three segments of the rear seat backrest can be folded down separately or together.

- is permitted exclusively for passengers in the second row of seats in the side seat positions
- is permitted for persons over 1.5 metres tall
- is only permitted if the 3D VR headset user cannot reach any object in front of them (e.g. the rear surface of the front seat) with their fully outstretched arm (including outstretched fingers);
- is only permitted if the necessary safety features (e.g. mounting device) are attached to the 3D VR headset
