OLED rear lights⁷ with specific tail light signature
The OLEDs for the Audi Q5 Sportback are arranged into small, individually controllable segments with a three-dimensional layout, creating new lighting scenarios thanks to their impressive sequencing. When purchasing the vehicle, you can choose from three different tail light signature designs⁷. In addition, the character of the tail light signature automatically changes when in use to reflect the drive mode. The rear lights with innovative OLED technology⁷ are equipped with proximity detection²: when the vehicle is stationary and another vehicle or road user approaching from behind comes within 2 metres, all OLED segments are automatically activated to create a larger visible area. The animation shows the dynamic light staging of the tail light variant 1.

The vehicle comes with quattro drive with ultra technology⁷, which continuously monitors the driving conditions and distributes the drive force among the wheels as required. This allows you to experience precise driving characteristics and sporty, rear-biased handling. Audi drive select offers various modes for setting the desired vehicle characteristics to ensure a driving sensation to suit your own specific requirements. Choose more performance, more comfort, or an individual combination of the two.
The interior: practical and functional
The hallmark of the Audi Q5 Sportback is its combination of size, performance and functionality. The higher seating position provides a good overview of the traffic situation. The vehicle’s horizontal body line underpins the impression of width and comfort. A three-dimensional inlay runs across the entire width of the instrument panel.

The use of a 3D VR headset during the journey:
- is permitted exclusively for passengers in the second row of seats in the side seat positions
- is permitted for persons over 1.5 metres tall
- is only permitted if the 3D VR headset user cannot reach any object in front of them (e.g. the rear surface of the front seat) with their fully outstretched arm (including outstretched fingers);
- is only permitted if the necessary safety features (e.g. mounting device) are attached to the 3D VR headset
