Maximum power determined in accordance with UN GTR.21; up to 25 kW of this is accounted for by the overboost, which can be called up for max. 30 seconds.

The power output available in individual driving situations depends on variable factors such as ambient temperature, charging/temperature/conditioning status or physical ageing of the high-voltage battery.

In particular, for the maximum power (overboost) to be available a high-voltage battery temperature between 23 and 50°C and a battery charge level > 88% are required.

Any deviations from the parameters specified above in particular can lead to reduced power output and even to the overboost not being available at all.

To a certain extent, the battery temperature can be indirectly influenced via the auxiliary air conditioning function and the charge level and other parameters can be set in the vehicle. The power output currently available is displayed on the vehicle’s power meter.

To maintain the high-voltage battery’s usable capacity as far as possible, it is recommended to set a charging target of 80% for the battery for day-to-day use (can be adjusted to 100% e.g. before long journeys).

The Audi Charging Service can be used only for electrified models of the Audi brand (valid vehicle identification number required). Europe-wide access: The number of available charging points is growing all the time, but varies from country to country and depends on the extent to which the existing infrastructure is expanded. There is no entitlement to access to all of the charging points in a given country. AUDI AG does not guarantee the operation, availability, charging capacity and other properties of the charging infrastructure. Location information about the number of charging points is updated regularly; there is no obligation to provide complete information. The Audi Charging Card can be used in the network only after 24 hours following activation of the card. Within the first 24 hours, the card can be used, where appropriate, with local restrictions. Authentication via myAudi app (QR code on the charging point) requires an active radio and internet connection. This authentication method is not available at all charging points. Prices are harmonised within individual European countries but may vary from the price offered in Germany. The latest price and contract information for your country can be found at audi.ie/charging. Upon setup of your Audi Charging Service contract, only the costs for electricity apply – Audi covers the cost of the monthly fee for the 'Pro' rate for the first year after vehicle purchase. After the first year, the contract is extended automatically for a further 12 months (without any notice) and the monthly fee applies. Information about prices and conditions is available at audi.ie/charging.

Alloy wheels with gloss turned or gloss milled finish as well as polished or partly polished alloy wheels must not be used in wintry road conditions. For manufacturing reasons, the rim surface does not have sufficient corrosion protection for such use and can be damaged permanently by road salt or similar.

The charging tariffs shown and the charging card are available from Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH (Elli). A myAudi account and the myAudi app are a prerequisite for concluding these tariffs. The fully electric Audi model (using the vehicle identification number) and a key user must have been registered in the myAudi app. The contract has a fixed term of 12 months and ends automatically after this period. Ordinary notice of termination is not possible within this period. Additional costs may be incurred depending on mobile phone contract. Customers who have concluded an Audi charging pro tariff and use a fully electric Audi (cash purchase, leasing, financing) can be exempted from the base fee. Your vehicle must be from either the current model year or the previous model year. The offer applies for the first contract only and cannot be transferred to others. The standard tariff conditions apply after one year. You will be shown the AUDI AG promotion when concluding a contract via the myAudi app with a key user connection. The discount price can be used as of 1/1/2023. Plug-in hybrid vehicles are exempt from this offer.
