In the "Audi rewards" category you collect points, for example by completing challenges or using the Audi connect plug and play app* regularly on your everyday routes to work, shopping or sport. The points you collect help you to reach the next level. More rewards await you after each level you complete.

Sometimes you virtually don't have to do anything: When you start with the beginner level, you already receive 3000 points once for your registration, and you also collect 50 points per day by using the app. If you have entered the date on which your vehicle was registered, you will also receive a one-time gift of 500 points on your vehicle's birthday. This way, some challenges almost take care of themselves.
Car usage
In this discipline, you score points with your everyday journeys to work or shopping, but also when travelling. Simply collect one point for every two kilometres driven with your Audi.
Challenges
Enjoy more driving fun and variety in your everyday life by qualifying for ever new levels with diverse challenges. Between 50 and 4000 points are credited to you for each completed challenge. The exact number of points for each challenge is displayed in the "Audi rewards" category.

Here it's all about distances you cover on different rides.
Skill
We challenge your driving style. Because everything has to be just right - from the engine speed to the coolant temperature.
Discovery
Go on a discovery tour and explore sights and highlights near you.

Clicking on "Audi rewards" in the main menu of the Audi connect plug and play app will take you to the main information page. Now click on the "New challenge" area at the top right of the screen, then you can simply select and start a challenge.
Yes, you can pause a challenge to start a new one. A total of up to 3 challenges can be started in parallel.
You can start up to 3 challenges in parallel.
Yes, challenges that have already been completed will be reactivated after 12 months.
Once you have reached a level based on your accumulated points, you are guaranteed that level for 12 months, until the last calendar day of the respective month. If you do not reach the necessary points to obtain the level again within the 12 months, you will be downgraded one level.
As soon as you have collected the necessary number of points, you will automatically be upgraded to the next level.
Yes, they are. From the moment you collect your first points, they are valid for 12 months until the last calendar day of the respective month. In addition, we will give you 3000 points for successful registration.
When you reach the respective level, you can go to the menu item "Your rewards" in the Audi connect plug and play app via the "Audi rewards" information screen and request an unlocked reward from your Audi Partner.
You can request an unlocked reward from your Audi Partner every 30 days (only at participating Audi Partners).
