A progressive design, a powerful engine, quattro permanent all-wheel drive and high levels of comfort for all occupants – in the Audi SQ8 TDI² you experience a combination of a dynamic full-size class coupé, an emotional sports car and a spacious SUV. An extensive range of infotainment offers comes as standard to complete the package.
Dynamic driving experience
Innovative suspension technologies give the Audi SQ8 TDI² a stable, sporty stance on the road while also improving your driving comfort. The electronic sport air suspension automatically regulates the vehicle’s ride height. The all-wheel steering allows for easier manoeuvring and sportier handling. The optional ceramic brake delivers even better deceleration figures with a long service life and low weight.
0 to 100 km/h
A whole host of S-specific elements show off the sporty exterior of the Audi SQ8 TDI². The powerful front end is characterised by the S bumper in full paint finish. In the octagonal Singleframe grille, the vertical double slats catch the eye; the progressively shaped side air inlet grilles are finished in matt titanium black. Viewing the vehicle from the side really emphasises the dynamic, coupé-like silhouette. S-specific side sills and 21-inch wheels further enhance the sporty character of the Audi SQ8 TDI². You can also opt for up to 23-inch wheels and for red painted brake callipers. Horizontal design language dominates the rear with the continuous light strip, the S-specific diffuser and the four tailpipes.
Spacious, elegant, sporty
As well as plenty of space for all occupants, the Audi SQ8 TDI² offers you an elegant interior with sporty accents: enjoy the sport seats with S embossing and contrasting stitching. Or go for the optional sport seats plus with integrated head restraints and raised bolsters as well as climate control and massage function. Pedals and footrests in stainless steel are part of the standard equipment, as is the leather steering wheel in 3-spoke design with multifunction plus. The optional ambient lighting package plus makes for an atmospheric experience. Thanks to its impressive dimensions, the Audi SQ8 TDI² also offers generous luggage capacity. And there are practical loading and unloading features to lighten your everyday load, for instance the rear seat bench plus and the rail system with load-securing kit.
The Audi SQ8 TDI² is optionally equipped with the MMI navigation plus with MMI touch response infotainment system. You can use the upper of two colour displays to operate the infotainment functions. While driving you can operate the MMI conveniently with everyday speech commands. There is also an option to integrate Amazon’s Alexa voice service³. Just activate the voice control by saying “Hey Audi”⁴ to call up information on, say, the weather, news or sporting events without taking your hands off the wheel. The MMI navigation plus brings numerous Audi connect services⁵ on board, for instance maps from Google Earth™⁶ and real-time online traffic information plus⁷.
The specified fuel consumption and emission data have been determined according to the measurement procedures prescribed by law. Since 1st September 2017, certain new vehicles are already being type-approved according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP), a more realistic test procedure for measuring fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Starting on September 1st 2018, the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) will be replaced by the WLTP in stages. Owing to the more realistic test conditions, the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions measured according to the WLTP will, in many cases, be higher than those measured according to the NEDC. Therefore, the usage of CO2 emission values measured according to WLTP for vehicle taxation from 1st September 2018 on can cause changes in this regard as well. For further information on the differences between the WLTP and NEDC, please visit www.audi.de/wltp.
We are currently still required by law to state the NEDC figures. In the case of new vehicles which have been type-approved according to the WLTP, the NEDC figures are derived from the WLTP data. It is possible to specify the WLTP figures voluntarily in addition until such times as this is required by law. In cases where the NEDC figures are specified as value ranges, these do not refer to a particular individual vehicle and do not constitute part of the sales offering. They are intended exclusively as a means of comparison between different vehicle types. Additional equipment and accessories (e.g. add-on parts, different tyre formats, etc.) may change the relevant vehicle parameters, such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics, and, in conjunction with weather and traffic conditions and individual driving style, may affect fuel consumption, electrical power consumption, CO2 emissions and the performance figures for the vehicle. Further information on official fuel consumption figures and the official specific CO₂ emissions of new passenger cars can be found in the guide “Information on the fuel consumption, CO₂ emissions and electricity consumption of new cars”, which is available free of charge at all sales dealerships and from DAT Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH, Hellmuth-Hirth-Strasse 1, 73760 Ostfildern-Scharnhausen, Germany (www.dat.de).
